I would highly recommend Rob and his team. They have helped us buy and sell multiple homes for our growing family. I normally dislike working with realtors, but Rob was fabulous. He offered his opinion based on years of experience and wasn't at all pushy. The marketing of our homes were  incredible. He made great suggestions about little improvements we could do to make our home more attractive to a buyer. I couldn't believe how great the pictures looked. We had multiple offers the first day of listing. His entire team was motivated and quick to respond to email/text/calls (even at weird hours) allowing us to close quickly. We had things come up during the inspection period and his team managed all of the repair work so I didn't have to spend hours at the house waiting for the repairs to be completed. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
