Rob helped us complete an out-of-state transaction seamlessly. We live in Portland Oregon and purchased a piece of property in Boise and Rob helped us make it easy. Arrangement of contract signing without our presence in Boise, clear instructions for wiring the earnest money and the eventual sum  for closing through a title company, arrangement of early closing when the seller moved out ahead of the original date, and timely communications throughout the entire process are some of the examples.
